GD32F1 series products integrate rich features, simplify system design, and provide customers with a wide range of MCU product portfolio with excellent cost performance through proven technology and excellent innovation. Relying on the innovative and advanced "gFlash" technology and mass production experience of MegaEasy, this series creates a new form of MCU to provide customers with outstanding functions and quality. GD32F1 series products can provide different combinations of basic type, mainstream type, interconnection type, super-value type and value-added type.
GD32F1 series MCU adopts 32-bit ARM ® Cortex ®- The M3 core can operate at a maximum frequency of 108MHz, and the Flash access can reach zero waiting state, which can achieve maximum efficiency. At the same time, it also provides up to 3024KB of on-chip flash memory and up to 96KB of SRAM, and supports enhanced I/O ports connected to two APB buses and various on-chip and off-chip devices. This series of MCU provides up to 3 12-bit 1MSPS ADC, 10 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 1 PWM advanced timer, and equipped with standard and advanced communication interfaces.
GD32F1 series MCU also gives many advantages to end users. Compared with the existing products in the market, the maximum speed of this series of MCU has increased by 50%.
